When it comes to food, let it be fresh rather than fast and follow these 5 golden rules.

YOU DON’T NEED SUGAR, SWEETIE

Sugar in any form slows you down even more. Put also honey and syrup away, then you
will live in a better way.

NO WHEAT, NO PROBLEM

With gluten don’t be so generous, and what about wheat, is it so fabulous? Your body
does not like wheat well, so try to avoid even its smell. Be careful not to forget, when you eat pasta, pizza or
bread!

STAY HYDRATED, STAY DRY

Today big party – tomorrow big head. Your body is trying to say: drink better water – choose a healthy way.

EAT CLEAN & FRESH

If what you eat is highly processed, your digestion doesn’t need it. That means – it is better to exclude bread, snacks and junk food.

SHARE YOUR PLATE WITH PLANTS

Half on the plate is for greens and for fruit. A ratio of 1 to 2 is good for you, isn’t it true?
