What kind of morning it is, what kind of day it is. There’s something to the saying, “How you start the day, that’s how you spend it! Because the rest of the day is influenced by morning thoughts and feelings. So whether or not you have a good day is up to you!
To make every day a good one for you, we’ll introduce you to the most important components of your perfect morning. Remember, everyone has to come up with their own definition of the word ‘Perfect’. If you incorporate each of these points into your routine to some extent, you’ve already laid a great foundation for your perfect day:
Water
Your body loses a lot of fluid overnight to flush out all the toxins. If you drink a big glass of warm water in the morning immediately after waking up, you will improve blood circulation and metabolism. In addition, the foundation for your good water balance is laid again.
No to the mobile phone, yes to time for yourself!
Put your smartphone away for now. Waking up in the morning and reading bad world news or stressful work emails is not the best way to start the morning. It’s better to take 30 minutes for yourself! Or get up early. You should be happy, and it’s up to you to decide what that day will be like. Whether it’s reading, meditating, going for a walk or having a cup of coffee at rest, it all allows you to take a deep breath and think. So that you can then start the day full of energy. Plan your day and from time to time set aside 10 minutes for yourself during the day.
Movement!
Your body wants to move after a night out. Yoga, running or a workout right in the morning will wake you up fully and lay the foundation for a healthy day. Your circulation gets better and you can start the day with vigour!
Breakfast!
As for nutrition, your body expects and deserves a good reinforcement: replenish and thereby reduce your appetite during the day.
