Wild Berry Smoothie
Ingredients: 2 bananas 160 g berry mix (frozen) 120 g leaf spinach (frozen) 3 dried dates 20 grams of flaxseed 20 grams of rolled oats 2 mint leaves
Preparation: It is very quick and easy. All ingredients in the blender with approx. 200 ml water (as required also more) finely puree. We recommend to melt the smoothie in your mouth so that the taste can develop better and nutrients are better absorbed. An absolute pleasure, especially in summer. In the winter you can enjoy it lukewarm by adding warm water
Apple porridge with blueberries
Ingredients: 1 dried date 10 grams of flaxseed 40 grams of rolled oats 15 grams of nuts 150 ml milk (or alternatively oat milk) 1 banana 50 grams of blueberries 1/2 apple
Preparation: Give flaxseed and oatmeal in a cereal bowl and add 3 times the amount of boiled water. Cut the apple and date into small pieces. Put a saucepan with a little water and let it simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat. We recommend adding 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Which gives the apple compote that certain something. Froth milk (milk frother works great) and stir into the porridge. Servet he apple porridge, with nuts and the remaining fruit garnished as a topping and just enjoy.
Granola to go

Meanwhile cut the fruit into small pieces. Take the ingredients out of the pan and into a cereal bowl. Heat the milk (milk frother works great) and pour the warm milk over the muesli. The smell of roasted muesli and the warm milk is a treat. Add fruit and enjoy.
