Vitamin B12 and folic acid are a must. You can find them in meat, dairy products, rye bread, soy, Brussels sprouts, spinach, beans, etc. Choose fresh products.
Vitamin D3 trägt zur Sprachentwicklung des Kindes bei. Somit solltest du bereits während der Schwangerschaft auf einen guten Vitamin D3-Haushalt achten.
Iron deficiency is a common problem in women. Have your iron levels checked regularly, whether during, after or without pregnancy. If you have a major deficiency, limitations in the child’s cognitive and motor skills can occur.
By the way: Exercise while breastfeeding is no problem! However, if you have done a high-intensity workout, you should wait another 60 minutes before breastfeeding, otherwise the lactate level in the blood may not have dropped again. At moderate or light intensities, there is no effect on breast milk.
